Typically, water damage stems from an outside source. For many homeowners, that outside source tends to be a severe storm. A tornado, or even wind and rain from a hurricane or weather system moving inland can bring problems to your home or business. A single crack in the roof is enough to allow water inside. In addition to these outside factors, the water problem could come from within. Things like a broken pipe, a leaking water heater, or a damaged water or sewer main can all lead to significant water damage. Don’t worry – we handle restoration for each of these issues!
Even at midnight, Restoration 1 of Tulsa has technicians standing by to take your call. Because a disaster can strike at any moment, we don’t keep regular business hours. We’re prepared to handle your emergency situation literally 24/7. You don’t need to hesitate, just call us up.
What a great experience dealing with leak from shower to bedroom floor! Adam & his crew did an excellent job explaining where the leak was coming from, and what needed to be done. Was surprised to hear of molds in the walls (which explained the sinus infections & allergies to the point I take allergy shots weekly), and was kept informed of treatments and job status on restoring both rooms. Adam was very cleared with specific work order that needed to be accomplished and contacts with insurance. Highly recommend Adam & his crew/company for their professionalism.
When we first found out we had mold under our house, how bad it was and how much it was going to cost we were devastated. Adam Lambert talked to us, explained everything he was going to do and how thorough he would do it, it really eased our minds. They did such a good job. Showed us before and after pics and explained what products they used, blocked off areas they working in and cleaned up very thoroughly. This was a first for us (mold removal) but if ever we need the service we would definitely recommend Restoration 1 of Tulsa and Adam Lambert. Very professional. Larry Coker…
Chris and Adam of Restoration 1 of Tulsa came out to my home immediately after I found mold in several of my rooms in my home. They were there at the exact time they said they would be, were very professional, and explained everything to me in a clear and concise way. They even sent me an amazing report for my records when they were done. Finding mold is a terrifying experience and it was nice to know I had the Restoration 1 team looking out for me. I called a few other companies and they were extremely unprofessional and gave me insanely high quotes. I would recommend Restoration 1 of Tulsa to anyone and everyone. Thanks again you guys!

Frozen pipes can lead to widespread damage throughout your home. When water freezes within your plumbing system, it leads to rapid expansion. This expansion puts an enormous amount of pressure on the container – in this case, the metal or plastic plumbing pipe. No matter how strong the pipe is, expanding water will break it. […]
